To enhance your experience with us, we reccomend placing orders 24hrs in advance, ensuring a curated selection of preferred color palettes and optimal flower choices . While same day delivery is available, it may be limited to our existing in store inventory, and our cut off time for such requests is 12pm.
Regarding vase options, we generally utilize neutral tones for their versatile appeal.

IMPORTANT (Please Read):
- Same day delivery/store pick-up has to be made before 12pm. Delivery window is from 11am–5pm. We do not deliver/pick up on Sundays & Mondays.
- If the floral arrangement needs to be delivered by a specific time frame, please note the time frame in the "Delivery Notes" text field during the checkout process or give us a call after placing your order online. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your request, you will get a notification via text message to resolve the situation.
- Once delivered, you will receive a notification via text from our delivery driver. We will leave the floral arrangement at, or near the door, if we deem it is safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we have left the arrangement. If there is nowhere safe to leave the arrangement, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
