Urban Flora hand pick your PREMIUM flowers at the flower market every morning to ensure all orders are fresh when delivered to our beloved customers.
Orders must be made 24 hrs in advance to ensure that the custom colors that you request will be available and that your order will be deliver the next day. If there are any special colors/flowers request, please make sure to add in the “note” section when check out.
IMPORTANT: Please provide recipient’s ( whom you’re sending it to) information ( name and addy) in the “SHIPPING INFO” . If it is for a pick up, please also provide recipient’s name for the notecard.
SAME DAY delivery/pick up has to be made before 12pm. ( Please note that flowers and color choice will be what’s available in store that day )
Delivery Window is from 10am-5pm. if there is a specific time frame that needs to be there by please specify it in the “Note” Section when check out. If for some reason we are unable to, you will get a notification via text to rectify the situation. Once delivery is made, you will get a notification via text message from our driver. We will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we’ve left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, we will call the recipient to re-arrange delivery.
Pick Up window is from 10am-5pm. If needed to be be picked up earlier than 10am, please specify so we can work something out or we will recommend to pick up the day before.

Substitution Policy
The flowers we use is subject to change due to seasonal availability. All of our arrangements will not be precisely the same as the pictures shown above. We do assure that color theme will be similar and the authencity of our arrangements will leave your recipients in blissful awe!
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations has to be made within 24 hrs in advance. No Changes or cancellation on the day of delivery.
